I BOOKED A ZOOMCAR TO TRAVEL TO MY HOME TOWN. HOWEVER, SELF WAS A VICTIM OF COVI-19 & HAD TO CANCEL THE BOOKING. REFUND AMOUNT OF RS. 8,167/- HAS NOT BEEN CREDITED FOR CANCELATION DATED 25 AUG 20 WITH REF. ID “JPS6ND3UM”.
THERE ARE NO DEVELOPMENTS OF PROCESSING MY REFUND EVEN AFTER MORE THAN 2 MONTHS. I HAVE BEEN ANTICPATING THAT THE REFUND WILL BE CREDITED POSITIVELY BUT ENDING UP LOOSING TO PAY HIGH AMOUNTS OF CREDIT CARD INTEREST FOR THE SAME.
NOW I AM UNABLE TO REACH OUT TO CUSTOMER CARE THROUGH EMAIL/ DIALOGUE BOX OF HELP IN APP/ CUSTOMER CARE CALL. EVEN AFTER MANY COMPLAINTS, MY AMOUNT HAS BEEN STUCK & NO CONFIRMED DATE BY WHICH THE REFUND SHALL BE PROCESSED.
