I am using Flipkart from few years, everything was fine till date now I bought a iphone 14 plus from very infamous seller tresure haul online.
After viewing complaint against the seller i decided to cancel the product.It got cancelled by the Flipkart and initiated the refund.now i called bank they said no transaction is being made by reseller tresure haul against my account.
I tried to call Flipkart support request them to connect with me with higher authority but they are as great as the Flipkart and its reseller.
I m concerned with the e-commerce platform i am using (Flipkart) because I bought my products there if really care about there image, please help me with refund asap.
