I purchased a powerbank on February 22 of this year and the payment was double payment. When we ordered the product, we select the cash on delivery option and after that thr above mentioned date we done the upi payment by the Flipkart account. But the same day the product was came for delivery and they demanded the cash on delivery and they say that the amount done through upi will refund back to our account.But still now the refund is not yet credited. We call the Customer serivice agents multiple times and they are not answering the call properly and yesterday they cut the call directly. Today we tried again and once your agent said that the server is down so call them after one hour. As per her direction i requested the call back three times but they call me back and not saying any single word and i can hear the voice of agent talks each other in the floor. We are totally unsatisfactory with your services. Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.
