I have ordered reindeer wall clock of 3500rs , instead some bike clock is delivered, I asked them to replace and the said ok . But after 3days I received a message like item is out for delivery and keep the cash, so I mailed them that I have already paid for item as this is replacement there is no need to pay, but the guy said it’s ok mam you pay now and when we pick up the previous item you will get your refund . 2 days later the bike clock was picked up from them I’m mailing them daily and they are not responding.
