I ordered google pixel 6 pro for 56290 9n dec 2022. I face some issue and asked warranty claim from amazon. They accepted and ask me to send the mobile and we ll return your payment to your orginal payment mode. It happened on july 18. As of now i still not received refund amount. Amazon side saranya escalation team she only arranged the return ana refund tickets. I asked many time from july 18 reference number of the return amount. Still now they not provide me the reference number. They asked me to wait some more days like some more days like. We have not received update from finance team. My question is why should i wait for reference number if Amazon refund the amount mean. Final intimation to amazon you give me a reference number or refund my amount to my bank account
