I booked lab test for 25yh July and the lab technician never turned up , he himself rescheduled it for next day. I cancelled it and they said I will get refund in 5 working days.
Have calked the crappy customer care several times and gave been given only false hopes that I will receive it and they raised complaint and said I will receive a call. No one called me. I want the refund of 480 rupees. There are no managers and no way to escalate things unlike other online medicine companies.
Medlife is the worst company in india. Pharmeasy 1 mg are well groomed and educated.
Medlife ceo is also a con himself.
