Dear sir/madam,
My ola booking id OET-888494114241022-UDC223,I purchased ola S1 on 23.01.23 by making whole payment via credit card. Then i cancelled the ola on 25.01.23 & booked ola S1 pro by making whole payment.

For S1 cancellation, I received Ola refund initiated receipt on 25 Jan 23 stating refund will be credited within 7 to 10 working days. But still on 18.2.2023, i have not yet received the ola refund in my source account I.e one credit card.

I have already raised my concern via mail on 4.02.23(ticket id 3493223) and reminder mail on 14.02.23 but there was no update/ response from ola side.

Purchase was via one credit card and now credit card bill was generated on 16.02.2022. If ola S1 refund is not credited, my cibil score will get affected and my credibility will be in question. I cannot get loan and it will cause huge loss in my life. Penal interest will also be charged for your refund amount which will be in high rate of interest.
