Dear Sir/Maa’m,
I made a purchase from Flipkart using my debit card no 5103xxxxxxxx8998 on 18th Dec and cancelled the same within 15 minutes. Order no-OD426822825845584100
The refund was successful and completed as per the Flipkart authority (reference number: 75503722353020488869458) on 23rd Dec’22 but the amount of Rs 2307/- has not been credited yet.
Please look into the matter urgently and credit the amount immediately. As per Flipkart advice, I contacted branch also but they require UTR which is not given by Flipkart even after requesting
