I Rakesh Kumar balai mob . 7302578252 taken connection of jio fiber, after disconnected of my Jio fiber connection have not got refund After more than 2months. I talked to customer care about my issue ,they told refund credit in account already but my account statement not showing any credit summary of amount INR 1500.
I asked account number which credited but those account number not mine…
So I request you to look into my matter.
