Text of Complaint by Ajay Panwar:

An item was ordered (order details below) on apr 2. Product was faulty and a replacement was created. Replacement happened and replaced product was also faulty. Another pick-up was created to return the product. No one came to pick it up. Several pick-ups were then created by Amazon and I was asked to finally discard the product by Amazon customer care and a refund was processed via email communicated to me on April 26 (attached below) and refund was expected by April 30.

I have not received the refund yet and am not getting any updates to my requests.

The entire experience has been very unprofessional and this is the first time this has happened.
