I had booked ticket on 23/01/2022 after booking they said me to wait for 30 mins for the confirmation so I waited but suddenly I received cancellation notification and it was mentioned that refund will be processed in 10-15 working days which is a huge time compared to other airlines, I waited for 10 days and called them one day but they delayed it again and again . Now its been 20 days still I have not received my money. Kindly take action on them they are on on Google ads campaign too which makes people feel its genuine but it is not, its a big fraud, I request the authorities to take strict action on them.
