I had booked two tickets with Travolook website with Reference IDs REF636712996 and REF059340128 on 7th Jan 2021 and both were cancelled. After contacting the customer care of the company, it was mentioned that the amount will be refunded within 7-10 days. I have still not received my refund and almost 1 month has passed by.
