On 12th of Nov 2021 I had booked a flight from Pune to Kolkata it immediately got canceled and straight away I got a mail and a call from them stating your booking has been canceled and you will receive the refund within 15 working days .It has been almost more than 2 months.The reference number of the booking is REF369374883
