Hi Team,
I had booked a ticket from Mumbai to Bhopal from Travolook but it got canceled immediately and the money was supposed to be refunded within 10-15 working days.
It’s been a month now and I have still not received the refund amount.
Calling them on a daily basis, just to get one reply that it will be credited in 48 hrs.
Please look into it and as I need the money for my other expenses.
