It has been 2 months since the cancellation of my tickets by Travolook and I am yet to receive my refund (booked on 6th July 2021)
I have constantly been in touch with the customer care representatives who have repeatedly told me that my refund has been processed and I should receive it within 7-10 working days. Last week, I was told that I will receive it in 24 hours. However, all promises given by the company have been false so far given that I have not received any amount back and my most recent conversation with a representative was today (7th Sep 2021) at 4:41 pm and again I was told to wait for another week.
