I booked the ticket, they put the status in processing. After 15 minutes I got call from there agent that fare has been increased. So they have cancelled the tickets. They revert with cancellation e-mail saying amount would be refunded in 10-15 days. it’s been 2 months and amount is stuck with them. Booking reference number REF844986311
