Dear Sir/Mam,
I have purchased a Epson L4160 by Amazon India. but i have received defective product as then i made replacement request at amazon then we had receive again defactive product then i have return same product with complete packaging to Amazon and Product was picked up by amazon agent on 6 feb 2021. but product refund not received till now. i had make many call to amazon but there is no clarification for refund status. and one more thing this product is purchased by Credit Card EMI option. and bank have continually deduction EMI from card first EMI i have paid and 2nd emi bill is generated. But Amazon is not responding regarding refund.
please help him.
