Dear Team,
I book a flight from Ras Al Khaimah to Chandigarh Book date: 07-Mar-2023. Flight date: 10-Mar-2023, by mistake due to photo auto retrieve data to another person, anyway at the same time I talk with the customer care they said you have to book another one ticket and this reservation will be refunded, but now almost 1 and half month have been finish and i send e-mail so many time to indigo and make my trip. Indio reply that we already refunded to make my trip. But they are not refund to our company account.. kindly look into the matter on priority basis .Claim my ticket Ticket No# BN3QTC Dated 07-March-2023
