I have booked tickets from Travolook.in from Mumbai to Goa on 7th May and they said the same could not be booked due to some technical issue and amount will be refunded (INR 12,456). I have called customer care multiple times and they say the amount is initiated and do not share any other details or connect to anyone on call. Its been over a month that refund is not completed
