have ordered food on Zomato on 14.02.2022. I had an issue with the order and Zomato has initiated a refund on the same day and had provided me RRN as a reference to my refund.
However, the refund which should have been reflected back to my bank account within 4-5 business days is not done till date. On enquiring about the the reason for the delay multiple times, they have always complained that the payment has been reversed by the payment gateway.
I have requested them to credit the money as Zomato credits to avoid this problem. Denying to credit that way, they are not responding properly.
I have contacted the payment gateway (Google Pay); they have informed that they do not have any access to such information and requested to deal with the merchant. Money is refunded is shown but unable to see transaction ar same balance in account
