I have ordered a pair of sandal of sparx brand due to the size being smaller I returned the product on 6 of july, after that I have not got the refund and it’s been about 4 days. So on 10 July I talked to the Amazon customer care about the matter, they told I will be getting the refund on 16 of July and I need to call them on that day for the refund. So I waited for 6 days and called the customer care on the 16 july. They told me to refund will not be given to me because the seller has received a different product on their side and due to the different product the money will not been given by them to me for the product
