I have purchased FastTrack 53.3cm blue rucksack(A0725NBL02) bag from amazon on 20/02/2022. The order id is 407-6393750-0644309. however, upon receiving the product. I founded that it not look good and also less compartment in the bag .so after that I placed returning request after 1 day pickup has been completed but yet money has not came to my account. so that I contact to the amazon costumer they told me you returned wrong product but I told him that ok then you return that product that was given by me to pickup man but they decline my request and also they do not refund my money. so I request you to solve my issue by providing refund of that product.
