I had booked flight ticket through Flipkart travel from amritsar to dubai with travel date 19.11.2021. which was booked with Bombay as 2h layover. When I reached at amritsar airport I was not allowed to board because a rapid test was to be conducted at the airport which they told me will be conducted at Bombay. But due short layover time, it was not possible so I was denied boarding. Now I have applied for refund but both the airlines and Flipkart travel are doing tantrums while processing my refund. Airlines have shown my booking status as no show however I have already shared proof with them given to me by the air india airport staff which clearly shows I was denied boarding due short con time for rapid test. My ticket no is 0986931072200 and Flipkart booking I’d is FF21102019177295 and pnr is H5RNP
