I enrolled in a Digital Marketing course on Simplilearn.com but was not satisfied with the teaching style and curriculum. Therefore, I asked for a refund for the course. However, instead of giving me an actual resolution for my query regarding a refund of ₹ 87,700.00, the Simplilearn team just keeps delaying my query by asking me to wait for 24-48 hours. This has been going on for the past 3 weeks. Clearly, the company’s providing a fraudulent service by selling useless education courses.
