I have asked zoomcar to issue the refund for the miscellaneous charges, Which zoomcar’s agents accepted on call that the charges were invalid and they will refund the amount by the pay out date 17 march 2022 and shared a ticket number 14965809 , Today when they credited the amount they did not credit the refund. To which I called zoomcar many times and all the times they mentioned that the ticket number is invalid and when I ask in detail about the incident they are disconnecting the call. I am a student right now who is preparing for UPSC. Because of which I have no access to any external income and my tuition fees and expenses are run . Each week since joining zoomcar these incidents are happening and when I inquire they calm me down saying this wont happen again
Please assist me.
