I had booked my trip for 6th February 2021 to 16th February, 2021 under 100% cancellation refund policy. I wasn’t able to travel for which I cancelled my travel on 20th December, 2020. Still I have not received my refund. As per Company policy, the refund is issued within 30days of cancellation. Now its more than 4 months but refund isn’t issued. Please treat the case betrayal of customer and false promise made by zoomcar
