I booked a flight ticket from Kolkata to bagdogra on 12th November 2021 which was being cancelled by the company themselves and i was told that my refund would be credited to my account in fewdays time which didnot happen ..everytime i call the customer care or send and email they keep saying that i will recieve the refund in fewdays which cleary is a lie.They have been giving excuses everytime i call them .
