I have booked the ticket from travolook on 3rd June 2022 from Ahmedabad to Hyderabad with two reference nos : REF929509548 &
REF362383025 each ticket cost Rs 3581 total Rs 7162 after booking immediately received stating that due to some technical issue it has been cancelled.I got a call from travolook executive giving the promise amount will be refunded in 5-7 business days , continuously i was calling customer care after one month on 12th July 2022 asked me to send the related documents i have sent them …but till now amount has been not refunded …always the customer care executive will say the same thing 5 working days you will receive the amount it’s been 2 months 10 days ,,,high time …I’m very bad shortage of funds refund the total amount Rs 7162 immediately.
