Dear Sir,
I recharged the mobile number 9108403943 on 31st may 2023 using Airtel app and received a message that it failed and received a message that refund will happen within a day.
I again recharged successfully for the same number on 1st May 2023.
I didt get the refund and approached the nearest Airtel office on 1st evening and they asked me to wait for some more days for the refund to happen.
I contacted the same Airtel office on 5.06.2023 and details were provided thru 198 and they replied that they will process the refund and it will happen within a week.
As the refund did not happen, again after a week’s time on 13.06.2023, I visited the same Airtel office. they connected to 198 and they said the refund has happened.
I again checked my bank details and called again, mentioning that the refund has not happened. Received reply that refund will not happen as the request came on 5.6.2023 only, after 4 days hence refund will not happen.
Hence i am writing to you to take necessary action for necessary refund at the earliest as it is already delayed.

if debited will be refunded to your source account within a day. Please keep order ID
7069559283161038848 for reference.
