I was booked my ticket from make my trip. Due to some unavailable circumstances railway cancelled the train of my booked ticket & I got sms from make my trip about the cancelled the train. IRCTC mail me about the my refund & refunded to make my trip account & told me to collect the refund from the booking agent which is make my trip but make my trip portal showing my trip was completed. So, I request to please refund my money but still not refunded my money. Also I want to file case against make my trip for fraudulent. Please help me out of this.
