I am changed my connection postpaid from prepaid on 17 June 2021. But till date amount has not been received from your office. Today a message received through SMS that your account adjusted as your pending dues. I am not agreed with this. Because I am cleared the May 2021 bill in June 2021 and in June 2021 only 17 days used. My monthly charges since last 2 years is average is Rs 250/-.
