ear Sir/Madam,
Greeting!!!
I am writing this mail regarding my JIO Phone order FV00000UAUN, which I was ordered as on 30th January 2020 and I made online payment Rs 808 for this order.
After this I went JIO store for collect my phone but JIO representative told me that there is no JIO phone available in stock so I returned my office and after some time I contacted to JIO store for confirming that how many days JIO phone available and I received response that no idea when phone available and JIO phone will no longer be in stock because it has been discontinued.
After this I contacted many JIO store for JIO phone, but I received only response that JIO phone not available in stock or we do not provide online payment phones.
Finley, I lodged complaint (SR000010C26X – 30/01/2020) to JIO customer care regarding this issue and next day when I check my complaint status and JIO customer care staff told me that JIO phone not available in stock.
I again contacted to JIO customer regarding cancel my order and refund my payment as JIO phone not available in Stock and JIO customer care staff told me that he lodged my refund request and He did not tell me even once that JIO has no refund policy.
On 5th February 2020 I contacted to JIO customer care regarding my refund status and I surprises when JIO staff told me that there is no complaint for order refund.
JIO staff told me that I register request for refund and he lodged my request for MY refund ( SR000010EUQL – 05/02/2020). This is second time when I asked JIO customer care staff for my refund but JIO staff did not tell me that JIO has no refund policy.
After this I took another phone for myself because I need the phone and I cannot wait.
I knew that I would get my money back from Jio because I had talked to Jio for regarding my refund and JIO gave me refund reference number SR000010EUQL.
A few days later I received a call from JIO and I was told to go to the JIO store to pick up the JIO phone,
I was surprised that I requested a refund and now JIO informed me to go to JIO store to collect JIO phone?
I refused to take the JIO phone because the phone was too late to be ordered and I was told that the JIO phone is not available and a request has been lodged about my refund, so I took another phone.
Today almost 20 days has been passed but I have not received my refund however I contacted many times to JIO but I was only received response that JIO apologize for this but you have to take your phone only.

I want my refund as soon as possible as this totally misinformation given by JIO customer care staff.
I really appreciate if you look into this matter on priority and refund my payment.
