Hi,
My kid is using my wife’s phone online classes. Sometimes they play FreeFire game it seems. They have installed Paytm app. I have uninstalled it after 6 days when I saw the Paytm app. Even after I uninstalled the same payments have been done using Paytm app. And it says purchase of Diamond bundles in FreeFire game. No OPT, Password, QR code is asked nor clicked on any link. I lost a more than a lakh. I was not getting sms alerts for debit the amount. How is it possible to make payments even after uninstalled the payment app?
Please help in recovering my money.
