Last week, I called to have Jio fiber WiFi installed at my address. A person from the Jio office came to my house to check whether Jio fiber WiFi could be installed at this location. He checked and told me to pay 600 rupees, which I paid. The screenshot is attached.
Then he left, saying another person would come to install it. Then the second person came, checked, and flatly refused, saying the connection couldn’t be installed there.
So the first person didn’t know whether it would be installed or not. After that, he’s not returning calls for a refund, and there’s no response.
Your service is not up to par, please fix it.
