Dear Sir,
mene dt 29.03.19 ko phone se raipur se indore k liye ticket book kiya tha 30.03.19 ke liye to mujhhe hans se sms aaya tha jiski link se mene paytm dwara payment kiya tha to mera pesa bank se cut gya 2750 rs but ticket book nhi hua tha ticket k liye mene next day 30.03.19 ko cash payment dekar journey ki thi to mera 2750 rs muhje refund kro mene hans or bank dono se bat ki but wo bol rhe h ki pesa paytm ko chala gya unse lo
mera bank statmant attached h app check krlo mera pesa ab tak nhi aaya h app apne statment me check krke mera pesa mujhe refund kro
