Text of Complaint by Nutan Dhone:

On 22 August 2021, I received a message from Vi about expiry of my data pack. So on Monday 23 August I recharged my data pack with amount 599.But from that day no network service has been provided to me. No incoming calls, outgoing, and Internet. I contact the customer care to solve my network issue. They told that it will be solved till 26 August 2021. But the issue was not solved. I waited till 27 August 2021 and put a mail to customer care to refund my money 599 as no benefits associated to the recharge amount was availed from my due to no network issue. Since then the company is only sharing mail that they will not refund my money as the benefits associated with the pack has been assigned to me. I ask them though you have assigned is there any record with you that I have availed them? No answer has been provided from their side.
My request is to please help me to get this refund as I have not used any single amount of it due to their network issue. I think the mobile network service provider are cheating with me. Please help due to no Internet I am suffering through many problems.
Please ask the company to refund my full amount.
