Subject – complaint for refund on Club Factory App
Order SO66199129
On 16/11/18 I ordered some products from Club Factory app, and I tried to make payment then it showed unsuccessful, so I made the payment again but then after sometime it showed payment successful in both the case….
So the problem is that I paid two times for the same products…. and my bank SMS me two times that I made payment & my money was cut for the bank account twice for one order I paid two times..Now I want My refund back without cancelling my order as I paid two times I want one payment to be refunded … Please return me Rs 2574.56
So, please help me get my refund for one payment only…. Please refund me my payment….As early as possible
