I was applying for admission in Dera Natung government college, Itanagar, at the time of payment i have paid payment through Baroda E Gateway as option was available only Baroda bank . The amount was Rs 350 which is paid successfully but the transaction are shown time out.
I have given the payment proof and please help me to refund my money.
