My name is Sunam Kakoti Bora from Guwahati, Assam, Founder of Maggots Tattoo. Its been almost 9 months but no marketing people from just dial came to my studio so i thought of doing it myself. i download the app of just dial than try to discover things but my mistakenly went to toll number provider than after few mins lots of call i got from just dial toll number provider. but when i ask them for help to give information about listing my studio name than instantly cut the call. Than after weeks of waiting i went to Just Dial website via my PC (20th August 22) , after few time of research i manage to find Mange Campaign. after i went there i choose a plan of Rs. 1249 per month basis as i cant effort 1year plan, but when i proceed to next menu i found that they were asking for 3 months advance which is Rs. 4421 including GST. there i don’t find any point that 1st i have recharge with Rs.1 after that my plan will active and all. Yesterday I got a call from customer care for verification than i came to knw that i paid too much and they are asking for more money like 2 more installment which will be 1249+ GST and Rs. 1, and after 7 days i have to again pay 1 more instalment which will be 1249 + GST. After knowing so much of instalments i intently ask them to refund my money as am not being able to pay pay so much money. few hours back they sent an marketing guy who came and force me to do another scheme with 100% guarantee and tells me that if i dont do nay of the scheme my whole money will be forfeited by the company. so i decide to do the 2nd scheme, after few time he sent me a link of Rs. 1. I sent from my gpay but he says that that transaction not completed but from my account in saw a traction successful. he called his senior and asking about the failed payment, senior said to wait for another 10 mins but this guy was in hurry, he said that i have a appointment with the doctor so he sent me another link of Rs 1 and this time also i paid but don’t knw what happen transaction failed came. than he instantly sent me another link of Rs. 1863 including GST (2nd Scheme) so i ask that first clear the first one than only i will pay the send payment but he said that due to some server issue the previous payment will get updated but till that moment clear the 2nd transaction, i thought may be so i paid Rs 1863. after few mins this guy ask me for my bank details , passbook and all. i refused to give but immediately he started to fill up a form for physical form but till that moment i have 100% sure about the online and offline format is totally different and decided that not to go with just Dial, so i ask them to refund. he refuse and tells me that it will be forfeited . when i ask the process of refund he says call 8888888888 and he went immediately as he was late as he got so many calls from someone. when i call 8888888888 for refund they sent me link of download app of just dial and instantly cut the call.
please help me to get my money back.
