37000/ this INR has been debited from my account through above transaction ID.

message Date :- An amount of INR 37000 has been DEBITED to your account …9461 (14-01-2017 16:36:25)
& same money is received by paytm as the attachment proof but they are not refunding ,
there are already 4 months has been coordinating not found any result yet.
it this case is not resolve the same i have to got consumer court with in this week.
