I am sorry to say your customer service is one of the worst I have ever encountered. I booked a flight on 17th Nov which was immediately canceled by travolook post ticket confirmation. The money was supposed to be refunded by 10-15 days according to the mail.
Today is 6th of dec, you haven’t even initiated the refund. Is this a joke to you? Don’t list as a business if you can’t run it. Have wasted 4-5 hrs on multiple days to connect with your customer service. Everytime they take my details they disconnect the call deliberately. Don’t even get a callback.
Initiate my refund immediately. Already filing a complaint with consumer forum tonight over this misuse of trust.
Call back if you have decency to attend to this.
