I have attempted two times to book flight ticket on dated 23.02.2024 and both times amount Rs.21,808/- (Rs.10,904 each time) has been debited from my account (City bank Credit Card & Paytm). transaction details are as under:
1. Paytm (Rs-10,904 only): –

2. City Bank Credit Card (Rs-10,904 only): –
Transaction ID: appr01453
Therefore, it is requested to refund the amount of above both transactions (via City bank credit card & Paytm wallet), please. Your kind action in this regard would be highly appreciated.
