hello
i have activated Inter National Roaming pack for this number : 9560160145 with amount of 6999.00 for Colombia country in 20th August 2019.
I received message for successful transaction with TransID : 190820410709.
When I tried to call India or Local call to Columbia number, it is showing Outgoing call barred.
and saying something in Spanish.
I had wrote to airtel care, they didn’t responded. I have posted to twitter, airtel has responded but didn’t provided any solutions. I always chasing them to get some solution but they were not able to solve my problems. my services were expired after 1 month. because it has a validity of 1 month.
I didn’t get any benefits for this service, so I requested them to refund my money, they always reply the same messages that they need more little time or more time to resolve it.
Almost 6 month passed, with this messages in DM.
now they are refusing to pay my amount of 6999/- rupees.
According to calender dates I think still couples of day left for 6 months.
I have recorded all their calls and messages.
I want to complain against them and also wants to claim for this amount. including the time I have spent for this.
kindly, please help me to get my amount.
