Dear Citibank team

I am Nirmal Kumar and I traing to recharge my jio sim card using paytm and transection is processed by your payment gateway and my money is deducted from my account but my recharge don’t happen.
So please check my amount and Refund my money.
I am attaching the screenshot for your reference.
