I have done UPI transactions from Amazon pay on 21st of July 2021 & the order did not got cancelled.,thus Amazon initiated refund transaction on 21st of july 2021through BHIM UPI for my refund complaint and the delay in the refund amount Rs 1373. I have not received any refund from amazon via BHIM UPI refund transaction . On complaining to customer care they told me to contact my Bank Branch and even after providing the transaction reference id for both the transaction. on contacting with the bank customer care they are telling that this transaction is been done by 3rd party we can’t help. so please look in to this issue & do the need full so i can get the refund back.
