I applied for Airtel Xstream Fiber Application no.- 0334139572 and Order Id-832683164213056 and made a payment of Rs.2828 for 3 month pack on 15th July 2021. I got a call from airtel installment service that it has already been occupied and will get the money refunded within 7 days. But it’s already more than 7 days and I still don’t get the refunded money. Airtel salesman and airtel service engineer are not picking up my call. They stop responding to my complaint. It’s affecting me mentally .
