MY NAME MOHAMMAD SADIQ AM ORDER MI NOTE 7 BLACK ONLIE FROM MI STORE BUT THE ORDER ADRESS WRONG AM SUDDENLY ORDER CANCEL AND CALL MI CUSTOMER CARE SERVISE THEY TOLD ME YOUR MONEY REFUND 8-1O DAYS THEN AM WAIT 10 DAYS AND CALL AGAIN MI CUSTOMER SERVISE THEY TOLD YR MONEY REFUND ALREADY AM CHECK MY ACCOUNT BUT MONEY NOT DEPOSIT AFTER DAY BY DAY AM CALL CUSTOMER SERVISE BUT THE ANSWER REFUND YR ACCOUNT AM SENT MY ACCOUNT MINI STATMENT IN MI EMAIL ID AND SHOW HIM BUT THEY DONT KNOW AM TIRED SO MANY TIME CALL MI .COM BUT NOT REFUND MY MONEY PLZZ SEE MY PROBLEM

same issue with me. I bought a redmi phone using phonepe UPI on 05/10/20,later I cancelled the order & they initiated refund on 15/10/20. On 16/10/20 I got a sms from Mi that Refund process is successful. Today is 28/10/20 (T+12 Days over, T+6 Bank Working Days *T= Transaction Day), till I did not received my refund.
I called them every day & asking for UTR/ARN number, so that I can contact with my bank, they deny me to provide that.
