Sir, I was using Airtel network in my mobile phone(7200911514) and due to insufficient main balance, i recharged my main balance through MyAirtel application on 08.08.2020 at 9.50AM. But unfortunately, the amount was deducted from my main balance and the recharge was not successfull. For that i had communicated with customercare executives. B(CONRC 30825792825)still no response from there. This is full of their mistakes. I am fully mind fraustrated due to this incident. So for their irresponseness, kindly order them to pay 10000Rs as compensation amount to me. And further it should not be happened to anyone. Hopes you will make a positive response in this regard.
