I book my ticket through travel look company from ranchi to guwahati on 12 July 2021 REF936011907 . Ticket cancelled from airlines and given fully refund to travel look company because ticket purchase from that company. I already informed travel look customer care person and they said already received money and they refund in my account within 3-4days but now almost 4 months over they still not refund. Please help me…. I need my refund.
