I book my ticket on 12july from ranchi to guwahati. Ticket got cancelled from goindia airlines and they refund full amount on 30 july to travolook and goindia send email to me.. Already informed to travolook from my end and they already except over customer care no. That they received money but still they not return in my account. When we call customer care no. They said wait 2-3days you get your refund but still today 3rd sept/21 my money not received….. Please help.
